A highly successful marketing and business development executive, Susan spent sixteen years in the Information Technology industry where she worked with Fortune 1000 clients. By designing strategies to help them maximize their productivity and achieve their business goals, Susan became highly respected in an industry cluttered with competition. Noted for her consistent record of exceeding individual and management goals, Susan is sought after by organizations and associations to provide inspiration, perspective, and meaning to the value of change and the need to constantly focus on key talents and passions. Susan recognizes corporate goals and objectives and has held P&L responsibility for start up and publicly held companies. Most recently, she spent four years in the IT staffing industry and assisted hundreds of IT professionals as they transitioned into new positions after the “.com” era.

As a result of her relentless desire to discover and use her true talents, Susan decided to leverage her experience and energy and launched her own professional life management and coaching practice. Focused on facilitating the power of change, Susan’s practice is dedicated to maximizing the productivity of talented individuals. An alumna of Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Susan has a coaching certification from CCI and is a member of the International Coach Federation, the ICF Chicago Chapter and the CoachVille Institute. She is also a member of The Edges Learning Community, a community for professional coaches who are developing the art of guiding people and organizations through transformational change. Susan is a member of HRMAC, Human Resources Management of Chicago. Recognized for her leadership, Susan represented the United States in Mendoza, Argentina for the American Field Service.
